I’m JJ Canon, founder of Digital Delight, and my passion for technology started at an early age. I was that kid who could set the clock on the VCR, hook up the car stereo, and run the PA system at church. What began as a natural talent turned into a career path when I set out to build a business that could support my young family. In those early days, I was driven by my love for tech and the excitement of bringing cutting-edge solutions into people’s homes.
But as I gained more experience and really listened to my clients, my perspective evolved. I realized that the true value of this industry isn’t just in the gear—it’s in the experience. It’s about designing systems that are simple to use, reliable, and genuinely enhance day-to-day living. That shift in mindset pushed me to rethink how we design smart homes.
